After Initial D Fifth Stage, would read a manga about rally motorsport?

After Initial D Fifth Stage, would read a manga about rally motorsport?

Fuck no.

>MC-kun buys escudo
>wins every single race

Hell yes I would.

Gran Turismo series a shit. A SHIT!
A Manga about a bunch of touge dudes getting to get her to tackle The Pike's Peak Hillclimb in some homebuilt Unlimited Class monster might be fun though...

Needs to be about a cute girl and her struggles to get anywhere in the sexist, mysognistic world of NASCAR/Indycar/Formula 1 (Sportscars & Rallying have a long history of female competitiors and winners), like a gender-bent version of The Original Stig's autobiography.

If it were "WAT Racing Development Enters a Car/Truck/Quad in the Dakar Rally", I would.

...

...

Why wouldn't I?

yes, i'd also like an old school formula 1 manga

...

No, I'd rather see a retro motorcycle anime like Baribari Densetsu

>Bunta buys a Subaru
>Bunta tunes his Subaru like he tunes his AE86
>Enters into the WRC
New WRC world records all round

>Bunta buys a Subaru
But he already did

That is what i meant, poor wording.

That would've actually worked in the 1990's, when the WRC was about Group A cars that were basically stripped-out road cars and there were loads of privateers in the top classes. Now, World Rally Cars are all just purpose-built machines with nothing in common with the road variants aside from a basic body shape and no real teams outside of the major factory efforts.

Meant for

Group B please

OK.

it's called Goddamn!

seconding Goddamn!

pretty neat way to waste an hour If you like Group B and/or 80s anime

I'd like one that features more Euro and American cars.

Because they stopped translating pic related at like chapter 24.

>literally about the LP400 and how cool it is
>car is still a slow, unreliable mess in the manga.

Love it.

Group B is the most meme'd as fuck racing series in history.

Is there a better period of Rallying history? It's certainly better than the shit we've got right now.

I'd argue that the 60's were good, with Mini Cooper's and Lancia Fulvia's all smashing around Monte Carlo.

Thanks, now I want to go find my Need For Speed III CD

Are they the Ryu and Ken of formula racing?
