What is that horizontal line at the crotch? Is it a decoration? A lot of other panties have it (almost all of them, actually).
Sometimes there's a different pattern or design there, and usually if the panty is see through at the top, it's not when it's below that line. What the hell is it? Why is it there? Does anyone know?
