Both the manga and anime have only a few things translated by fans before the projects fell apart. It's a shame too, the little that is translated is adorable.

One thing that bothers me is it has a complete italian, german and french dub of the whole series but we don't have any english subtitles. Chances are it's too old for anyone to get interested in translating it.

STATE of your knowledge mate, fucking wow. Look up Kinnikuman, it came out the height of wrestling's popularity in Japan and likewise did very well. Wrestling has lost a lot of steam in Japan after several high profile deaths, but there's countless anime and manga about it even still.
