Dr3 hasn't been satisfying at all since it started airing for the sake that it's building up to a finish. But I don't think slogging through 11 episodes just to finally have a coherent idea of why things are happening and why this story is being told in the first place is a proper way to tell the story.

When I first saw Juzo, I hated him immediately. He seemed like a dick for no good reason caught up in some dumbass love triangle with one of my least favorite characters (for whatever reason, I strongly disliked Chisa in the future arc even before it was shown she turned to despair. She was fine in Despair arc though). He also caused Hajime to go Izuru, which kickstarted Junko brainwashing best class and killing off best girl Chiaki.

However, then that Juzoboys copypasta started showing up. I thought it was annoying at first, but warmed up to it. I warmed up to Juzo as well. I even began to enjoy his screentime, and was interested in what he'd do next. His small moments of insecurity were very nice, and with time, I thought he was a riot and he was one of my favorite characters. Probably the Juzoboy copypasta rubbing off on me. I was extremely upset when he died but ridiculously happy when he stopped the killing game (physically and literally). I'm not convinced of this difference between Makoto and Nagito's Luck that the show is insisting is there, honestly. Seems to come down more to how the characters in question think and act as opposed to anything to do with how the Talent itself works for them.

Nagito goes through misfortune too, he just doesn't give a fuck in the same way Makoto does. Which is more of a personality-thing than the Talent-based thing.

Nagito's luck protects him and damages those around him too.

Nagito's is plot armor too, Makoto's seems more passive only because he never outright pushes his luck like Nagito does. Which is more to do with their personalities and not their talents specifically.

The main difference is that Komaeda's is almost like a tangible tool that he intentionally uses for his own purposes, that's why Junko can read him. By reading Komaeda's intentions, she can read what his luck is going to do.

Naegi's is truly random chaos, even if it looks like bad luck it will eventually benefit him no matter what, but in ways that Naegi himself (and everyone else for that matter) could not see coming. That's why Junko cannot read him.

Imagine the trick Komaeda pulled in chapter 1 when drawing straws, or with the poison in chapter 5, his luck literally gives him the result he wants even if the result isn't actually beneficial for him. Naegi's luck doesn't necessarily give him any result he actually wants (the opposite seems to happen in fact), for example when he gets the room with the shitty door, but regardless of what he actually wants it proves to be beneficial at some point.

If Izuru either asked him for a favor or simply stole the program and changed it to look like Chiaki that would spackle over any potential retcons from SDR2.

There's other evidence I can bring up, but the point is, they very clearly implied that Izuru was the one who made her and actively shut down other possibilities.

If Monaka's participation doesn't count, then there are two hidden participants(without her there are only 14 players) and the survivor count should have been 6.at this point.
