Dunno, they bothered to add Sofina to this line in the LL arc, and in today's episode when Sofina appeared she sounded pleased.

If I had to put the whole anime together I'd say that Alma is happy to have Sofina as a lover, but also wants Saya for the blood. She just wants both at the same time.
