Concrete Revolutio is definitely worth it, it's one of this year's best shows. How far did you make it? I think you need to watch at least 4 episodes to get a good grasp of the show, and episode 5 is the first climax of the series. If you don't like it after that, I guess it might just not be for you. If you like Mizushima and Aikawa, I think you should like it.

Yeah, because they are fixing it and changing a lot of stuff, it is very loose adaptation, therefore anime might be decent, but then if you will go with similar expectations and play the game (granted you didn't play it before), chances are that you are gonna be disappointed a lot. Pero, Yoshino and his crew, there were a few things. They really blew their load on Moon already so I expect that their adaptation of that will be dogshit

It was anime original, they mixed and matched stuff in the common route but after the common route ended it was all anime original.

I watched 7 episodes and I thought it was going nowhere except maybe for the monkey and inspector arc. I especially dislike how they're switching from past to future with barely any continuation to the main story. I'll still complete it one day since the visual was good and it reminds me of other Mizushima/Aikawa works but I quickly got bored of the episodic format.

It was still better than the two episodes wasted on Lucia and Shizuru's routes. And seeing the preview of episode 5 I guess they even planned to adapt Lucia and Shizuru's fight.

Kotarou dying against Krivoy Rog was the only part worth reading.

They are all doomsday. Terra was so strict that the VN had to choose the choices for you otherwise it's a dead end.

I hope you don't think a Rewrite anime by White Fox would look as good as this opening. There's a distinctive difference between the production values you can afford for a 1:30 video and a weekly anime. Plus, this opening had the same director as the 8-Bit anime, so if they kept him, a lot of the adaptation's problems would probably stay.

If you're just impressed with what White Fox has done with Re:Zero and other shows though, then that's fair enough.

Well, White Fox's adaptation of the visual novel Utawarerumono was pretty bad, so you can stop thinking of them as the studio that adapts VNs well.

To begin with, it's all about staff. Steins;Gate was good because it had good staff. If the same staff had been at any other studio, it'd probably have been about as good. With the same shit staff Rewrite had, the anime would end up about as bad.

Unlike Kotarou, he only ever chose to protect one person, despite failing in the end. As a result, his actions left less of an impression on the Key of that era and he could not manifest a strong enough presence to materialize.

I am a bit dense, and there really is no excuse with just how much was on the surface of that route. I guess I was just deep into the preludeness of the story. I was trying to connect it with the other routes instead of the Moon Route more than anything.

My guess is he went far enough that when song of salvation kicked in full gear he was affected by it in the same way the vegetation was, cause as far as the earth was concerned he was more like a monster than a human at that point. ... if that's the case Lucia should be similar though.

In Moon, Kotarou tries to construct a clone monster of Sakuya, but can't quite replicate his strength and durability without adding a lot of body mass, giving him a very fat appearance.

It might actually just be a personal grudge on Kotarou's part though, since he has an inferiority complex toward Sakuya.

Actual Koutarou just tried to create a Sakuya with the same spec but the result was that.
