Hey there fellas

hey there fellas,

>Does it live up to its rep as the best love anime ever.

Yes. But that says more about anime than what it says about the show.

No, because best girl didn't win.

how the fuck is she best grill

Seems you accidentally posted Ami instead of Minori, user.

Here we go again

The greatest love story ever told.

>Implying

Did we watched the same show? Cause this looks like the best girl had won to me.

Another shit tsundere and boring MC

>not autistic and retarded like red
>not autistic and violent like yellow
blue is only good choice

It's one of the best done romances out there. It's one hell of a roller-coaster of a ride as well. On top of all that, the best won. So yeah.

>liar and bitch

Ami is fucking shit.

Literally the only good girl in the series is Ryuuji's mom.

OP is great. Rest is shit. Taiga is a terrible character.

Generic worst girl shitty tsundere winning despite the existence of better girls+forced drama everywhere=shit anime.

>airheaded pair of tits
Ami may be a liar and a bitch, but at least it's out of love. And perfectly normal in humans. Better than getting the shit beaten out of you 4noraisins or having to deal with the 'genki' emotionally destroyed redhead.

It's worth it for Taiga. I can't think of a better love story where the loli blows the competition away as much as Toradora did.

No. Taiga >> Ami >>>>> Minori

That reminds me. I see a lot of normalfags hating Toradora because the main girl is a loli and tsundere that managed to win the Dbowl and even made love to the MC.

Taiga is probably the best developed tsundere character out there, she grows and changes without just going to the cheat route of stopping being a tsundere and turning into a nice well adjusted girl, and her reassons to be like that are solidly set and developed to make her atittude pretty logical.
The problem is that remaining a tsundere makes it really hard to make her look better than the other girls when they develop sincere and justified feelings for the MC. So it ends up looking like she won the ryuujibowl because she had to. The anime original ending also fails to improve on that making the losers look like more mature and selfless people than the main duo combined.
It has solid animation with some impressive episodes that go well beyond what any romantic story should need, not only crying and stuff but active sequences that span whole rooms.

Good show if you don't develop interest in any character. Which brings me to:

Well fuck you, man. Minori had a goal in her life and worked more than anyone to reach it without asking for help or showing how hard it got. The only reasson she didn't jump for the MC was because she couldn't find a way to meet her life expectatives with a romantic partner, she felt she had to chose and that's the kind of issues real people have to deal with. She never was a bitch because she felt bad and she was aware of everything happening around her and kept hurting herself because she had to move beyond a point a teenager can.
Minori best girl and fuck you.

>Minori
>Nice girl, shows her affection, accepts others and goes agaisnt her well being for their sake.
>Ami
>Bitch who learned to pay attention and worry for others, pushed into an overly mature role and completing the years she missed quickly than anyone.
>Taiga
>Never changes, washes the dishes, everyone has to go out of their way for her and she barely thanks them if she does anything for them

You have that list exactly upside down.

Agreed.

>Never changes
2/10 because you tried.

Yeah, you aren't a biased hater at all there. Right. Taiga developed more than everyone else, and that was limited to her demeanor and how dhe acts towards others, but she even resolved things with her family.

>was
wasn't*
>dhe
she*

Bleh.

was meant for Fucking sleep deprivation.

The problem is that she had to do so much work to become a decent human being. Yeah, if you start as shit it's easier to make it evident when you become better, that's why tsunderes are so easy to write, but every other girl more interesting and personal issues and had time to work them through. Taiga's problems are all about other people treating her, she's a tool for the plot more than a character; and her growth ends up making her generic, a different character than before.

Taiga isnt a loli, shes a midget
Shame them for judging people on their physical appearances

Obvious anti-tsunderefag is obvious. You didn't even get that right since it's not about how people treat Taiga, but how she interactions with people because of her trust issues and how she protects herself by acting in a certain way.

Good thing you're a minority since Taiga is the most popular girl in the fandom.

Taiga is a loli. Loli is determined by body and nothing else.

back when kissing in anime meant something

Nice wrong opinions you have there.

>physical appearances
That's exactly why she is a loli.

>this is a japanese high school graduate

While I'm a taigafag myself, I see your reasons and respect them. Minori is not a shit!

>Nobody's waifu'd the parrot yet
More proof that/a/ has no taste. Best bird.

>best love anime
It's a lot more than just that user, it's the greatest love story ever told.

I wish I could watch Toradora for the first time again. You're in for a good time, there are some weak parts, but the plot is secondary to the characters anyway. They way they are written is believeably complex in ways you don't expect from a romance/comedy anime. They, like real people and especially high schoolers, have trouble expressing how they really feel because they don't even really know.

Also it's been 8 years and people still get worked up into a rage over best girl winning instead of their favorite. The only problem with multiple well constructed characters is that only one can win even if all the girls are great.

Toradora is okay i enjoyed it a few years ago. I tried watching it this year and it's cring and i dont know what the fuck I was thinking.

Ami was the one that actually needed to change into a decent person. Ami was a liar, manipulative, and pretentious with the whole two-faced thing.

Taiga was someone who could show her honest side to Minori even in public. And she was only fierced and physical to strangers and those not inside her circle of trust due to trauma that erected a defense mechanism.

>cringe
Are you allowed to post here?

>this bootybothered tsunderefag again
You cry about haters whenever people dislike things you like, don't you?

>Taiga is the most popular girl in the fandom.
Might have to do with the fact that you have to be a Taigafag to not see Toradora as the absolute shit it is.

Nigga my auto complete is shit.

Why does nobody realize Ryuuji is the best girl?

Pretty much this. Taiga = genuine and is pure. Ami = not genuine and is a whore.

thats kind of why I liked taiga, she kind broke off the tsundere trope.

...

You got called out and now you're butthurt. Stay mad, Amifag.

>u-u mad!
>assuming what -fag people are from their reaction pics
Yup, it's definitely you.

thanks for not getting angry for the comedic insults to compensate the wall of text.

Judging exclusively for the porn, I'd say Ami is the most popular character in the fandom.

examples?

The manga is a lot better, the anime is annoying.

>you
I'm not your boogeyman. Go fuck off, Amifag.

that pic is much more correct than I imagined.
I would make Minori's curve an ascending one because she starts as the evident loser so I doubt anyone was cheering for her until she explained why she was working and all that.

at least minorin got a /u/ end

>that pic is much more correct than I imagined.
not exactly I remembered when the angel taiga episode came out Cred Forums absolutely adored dere taiga.

It's quite ironic how you should mention boogeymen, considering you're always shitting up threads by accusing people of being a particular one.

Doujinshi sites have more Ami than anyone else, Taiga is a close second but she has a ton of really amateur stuff or things where she could be any loli and it would be the same that they took just because she was a popular character with that body type. Minori has like two doujinshis about her and then it's group stuff.
It sort of sucks because I don't particularly care about Ami and the end of her arc pretty much killed my desire to see her violently abused. I don't remember any where she was exploited in the industry or anything. Toradora porn is pretty lackluster.
I've never checked pixiv about this, I'm sure there's an amount of material that makes it impposible.

Yasuko was the only good girl in that series. Every other one was shit. Taiga was the least shit and Ryuuji isn't a literal motherfucker so she won.

It does have some impressive scenes, like the kendo sword fight or the final confrontation with Taiga.

And that's why it's the first steady peak and after that people stopped haiting her because she made her vulnerability evident.
The peaks are poorly labeled, but they are right.

>Implying I did that
Nice mental gymnastics, Amifag.

why didn't Taiga get a job? if a single girl can have 12 jobs the market can't be that bad.

Sorry, but it's pretty clear who you are by this point. By the way, I'm more of a Minorifag if anything. Taiga and Ami were both cunts.

>THK is doing "that" again because his ass got triggered by user calling him an obvious Taiga/tsundere hater, which is clearly evident in the one-sided literal hate posts he made
Never change.

>its been almost a decade and this fued is still ongoing
jesus christ you guys.

>clear
>because of
Sure, whatever you say, Amifag.
>trying to falseflag Minorifags now

Why would she? She's rich.

Congratulations! You just proved the point being made about you!

Stop trying to make THK a thing.

I think I'm the one making the one sided hate posts about Taiga being inferior because her arc takes her from shitty tsundere to not a tsundere, taking away pretty much all the characterization she had at the begining and making her a tool for the general plot instead of a character to care about.
I'm not the one being triggered by the obvious trolling of user saying he isn't putting a label on him while doing so.

it's not about toradora, it's the same people who get mad about any harem show.

I just got here, THK. But cool you don't deny it.

To stop depending on her mother and solving the issues with her father and mother, the entire thing she had to do through the show.

No, it's clear who you are because of .

I meant father, and then mother.

>I think I'm the one making the one sided hate posts about Taiga
So the other guy is a troll who replied for you is a troll then.

>just started Toradora what am I in for?
Insane amounts of forced drama. Also Minorin is best girl despite her mental problems.

Hi, THK. Damage control now, I see.

Except that's not me, retarded Amifag.

THK is no more a thing than ESL-kun. You can't stop them.

Anyone posting a smug pic and/or insulting someone else for their particular taste is meant to be ignored and not acounted for.

>Posting girls you hate

>actually having such strong feelings for a fictional character that you reject any contact with representations of it
calm down please, your life can still be fixed.

Notice me senpai

Yeah, I'm sure it's two completely different posters ranting about "tsundere haters". It would probably reflect better on tsunderefags if it weren't, though.

DROP IT NOW. you your sake and sanity.

Romance is a shit genre for 15 year-old girls and stay-at-home moms so Toradora stands out as the sweetest turd that comes out smooth and doesn't stick to your asshairs and make smelly asshair pie.

Reminder that Minorin sacrificed her love for Ryuji so that Taiga could have true happiness. Her love died for Taiga's sins.

You're really obvious, THK. It's always the same mind games with you.

>get called out on being a shitposter who ruins threads with "muh THK"
>WELL YOU MUST BE THK
How little self-awareness can you have?

>ranting
Remove your autism, Amifag. If what said is true then you're the troll here for misleading and reply for him. I only called him an obvious tsundere hate once. That user even admits to being one-sided so it fits the bill. You were the first to imply boogeyman and kept beating it into the ground.

...

Nothing misleading about it. It's just that there are several people who disagree with you.

Are you having fun yet? You always enjoy shitting up a thread by sperging or making a shitstorm if you see or delude yourself into seeing youtself get pointed out.

How would getting a part time job help the relationship with her parents exactly? She would somehow become financially independent while being a full time student with an after school minimum wage salary? And even if she did, she still wouldn't have a good relationship with them it wouldn't fix anything with that alone

>several
>disagree
You are a troll.

THK pls. You didn't even make an agrument.

Ever considered... that you're the one shitting up threads with your obsession?

why is it that every time I start a series that a bunch of other people seem to do so at the same time, and there's a lot more discussion than normal about said series?

Also, this is generic shit so far, but I'm a sucker for romance, so as long as Taiga wins it's ok

Pot calling the kettle black.

>taiga

In other words, you admit to shitting up threads and can only retort with "y-you too". Good to know.

Classic Toradora thread.

Too bad for you I only pointed you, who was and still is shitting up the thread, out. Maybe one day you'll curb that ailing autism that consumes your every waking moment that forces you to hate fictional characters to an unhealthy degree.

"Pot calling the kettle black" entails calling out the hypocrisy of someone criticizing something. However, if you say that while being the kettle that's getting called black, it's the same as admitting to it. The more you know.

I still feel that the character starts a certain way, changes with information that we never had before and becomes someone else. Even if she showed she could be cute and nice when in trust, her family history becomes the total of her story- In the end we could had skipped a good part of the show and not lose anything, since her build up was unrelated to the eventual point of her arc.

Ami, on the other hand, I felt had too much characterization for her final end. She finishes her arc like 10 episodes before the end and proceeds to just be an openly pushy girl with nice intentions, caring more about helping others than hiding her nature. I did like that by the end she has little interest in the MC, she was past the whole deal and ready for a real life or whatever. I don't get why people think she should had ended in the couple when she wasn't even trying.

Please excuse my autism.

Right after saying you shouldn't give up on things for the happiness of others, and before giving all the money she worked for so she could make her dreams true to the main couple.

Except the idiom of calling me something that you yourself are is the obvious definition here.

woah, calm down detective asperger, if you stop posting the issue will fade out.

And the fact that you and not a third party invoked it makes the idiom backfire against you pretty hilariously.

>stop posting the issue will fade out.

She would have the time to fix things at her own pace if she stopped being dependant on them. The whole issue with her father would be avoided because the issue of only contacting him when she needed money and pretending he doesn't exist while he thinks he's a good parent because he gives her money wouldn't exist. The main plot point of her arc could be solved and her tears saved if she had done with Minori was doing. She didn't even buy her own food, she could rent a cheap place or pay Ryuuji rent and live with him (i'm sure the mother would be okay with it, I doubt she would even accept the money).

That's not how it works when you started it and are being a hypocrite, THK.

Considering the issue is that you went on a tirade against a bogeyman and got criticized for it... yes, it kind of would? You're the one who keeps forcing the whole "THK" thing.

Did we watch the same show? Nothing you said was remotely correct except for that it could have done without a few episodes and still been the same. Taiga's growth is with Ryuuji, you might think the parents play such a critical part because she left for a year in the anime, which was just an awful decision by the studio and felt totally out of place. In the LN she only leaves for like 2 weeks and it's just to basically to let her mother know she's alive.

Are you a retard? I never even mentioned "THK" in my posts. YOU did that. Go fuck off.

shes a slut senpai

Proving me right.

Total of her story? Unrelated to her arc? What? The family drama is backstory and gave her a reason behind Taiga's initial behavior, but it wasn't focused upon until after the Christmas arc. Before that, most development is about Taiga and Ryuuji being there for each other in times of need that allowed them to bond and fall in love. The byproduct of that development has an effect on their personality, gets them to open up and changes them for the better.

>YOU did that
>first post mentioning it is
Nope.

>You always enjoy shitting up a thread by sperging or making a shitstorm if you see or delude yourself into seeing "THK"
Fixed that for you.

I don't believe you watched the show, and less have read the LN. If I didn't know better I'd say you're guessing or glossing over old troll posts.

Nice thread everybody.

That's not my post, retard. How many times does that need to be said until you quit with your boogeyman hunt.

Trust me, I feel the same way.

Wonderful irony and deflection. It's even more hilarious seeing you desperately try to drag the other user who you sperged after you got triggered.

Stop projecting. Problem solved.

>When the thread goes off topic b/c 2-3 anons try to out alpha the other

>irony and deflection
And... confirmed.

Yeah its pretty enjoyable. The best love anime? I wouldn't say it is, but it is good.

Meant to quote

Yeah, we know it's you, THK

Taiga's arc begins when we learn about her issues with her dad, before that it's introduction even though it's more than just a few episodes. It connects with her mom issues and that pushes them to the final act of moving together just to go back but whatever because they did change.
Before that we just get the side story of her original love, which doesn't matter and it's little more than a side story. No one started the show thinking they would end up in those couples, the very same setting makes it clear that Taiga and Ryuuji will end up together making their initial interests a vague hurdle.
I don't hate Taiga because of this, I just dislike how the story was put together in a way that feels wasteful or needsly long or even a little bit like they lie to you. Even though all harem shows exist under the lie that MC will maybe have interest in someone else, it's not the same to construct drama over a lie than to hide the elements that will set the character arcs.
And I'm only this harsh on Toradora because I really liked how it took time to give us development on all fronts and move beyond a harem show into a series of character studies justified under the harem structure. When Ami gets so much attention and development in a genre where the character type of "fake nice girl who actually is a spoiled bitch" exists by itself in dozens of shows, it feels like a shame that they couldn't make me like Taiga over the rest. I know they achieved that for a lot of people, but I can't apreciate something just because everyone else does, just like I can turn this autism off and make walls of texts about my opinions.

No, that was meant for you, Amifag.

>the main plot would be different if the main character acting not like herself but like a completely different character

I don't know what to say, you're not wrong in that there is some universe where she could do this. But she would still have the same strained relationship with her father so I don't see the point. And saying she could live with Ryuuji while she slaves away (there's an entire monologue about how exhausting it is for minorin to work the way she does despite her genki appearance) makes no sense either. You could apply your weird logic to any conflict in any show to make it look simple and easily solved. I'm not saying toradora doesn't have its weak moments because it really does, but I don't really get what you're trying to explain. Her main "plot point" isn't her dads money.

Oh THK, you really are that desperate now.

Nice try, THK.

truthfully this is exactly how toradora thread were like back in the day, its a bit nostalgic actually.

Apparently you're all THK lol

>calling me the very thing other people referred to you as
What the fuck.

>desperate
As usual.

>deflecting
THK, please.

Guys, I think this nigga is a troll.

I don't remember right now when the stuff with her dad starts, don't get mad because I sincerely can't remember if it's 1/3rd into the show, more, or less.
But learning her background is the start of the events that result in the ending, everything before it is just presenting the characters who will play into the story. If I remember correctly and you have to watch 1/3rd of getting to know people before getting their actual story it's a pretty ugly structure. They aren't brutally unique characters. They are interesting because they get a ton of development when other shows don't do that, but I don't need a guide to know how a tsundere character and a nice guy who is in theory disliked are supposed to be like so you can show me their real depth later on. If you are a complete casual or this is one of your first attempts at this genre it will probably help a lot, I'm just not that audience.

I'm not gonna read another version of the same story to talk about the one I saw, that's retarded. I don't know what happens in the LN, I don't really care about it, I'm sorry.

If I'm saying something that's balantly wrong, maybe I'm missremebering. I'm completely okay if you want to correct something, I'll apreciate it.

I was just having fun with a sort of retarded position.
We could also play pretend and imagine how it would work if Ryuuji found oil in his backyard, I'd watch that show.

just tell me what you don't like instead of doing that, why come to an image board if you're not gonna write whatever you want and/or post cute pics?

>A single Minorifag is responsible for half the shitposts itt

to be fair Toradora is one of the first anime to feature a modern tsundere that isn't just simply a tomboy.

>Minorifag
>existing
Unpossible.

Minorifags have a lot of energy and aren't afraid of expressing their troll happiness. Learn to relax and be genki.

No, that's a Taigafag.

this

It feels too new to be so, but I don't think I can deny it. It does a really good job of expanding the trope characters and giving them some real drama.
This anime should had been a success among the soapopera audience.

I like modern, but Taiga is a classic tsundere to Ryuuji. Get it right.

It's literally called Tiger and Dragon and you're upset the show "lied" to you about who was going to win? of course their initial interests weren't going to work out. The show is about what happens after that, I can't believe I have to explain this. Its called a premise, which you seem to be confusing with "the main story". Why are you taking about "harem" shows? Toradora isn't a harem.

You're using words like "setting" and "development" but I don't think you know what they mean. It seems more like you just didn't really like taiga but can't explain why beyond "I just didn't like her". the fact you think toradora is a harem makes me think your expectations affected the way you remember the show.

No, it's an Amifag. He's only pretending to be a Minorifag.

it's shit

Everybody please stop fighting over pointless bullshit and post best girl.

Inko.

>what is Love Hina

poop

...

i liked it. it was definitely a good romance anime but its still just an overly predictable show with "AAAAH THAT WAS SUCH A CLOSE CALL" and "GET IT OVER WITH" being the primary comments you would probably see on it. TLRD good tsundere

I may have expressed myself poorly, I don't know, I'm not re reading this walls of text but looking over it in your link I saw this:
>Before that we just get the side story of her original love, which doesn't matter and it's little more than a side story.
In case I contradicted myself or something, what I meant to say is that in any show with a guy and many girls who want his dick there is an obvious lie that is "any of them could be his true love". That doesn't bother me at all, I'm sure it does to the people who avoid the genre all together. Hiding the elements that will be vital to the story, on the other hand, does. It's like a crime story where the evidence of the culprit isn't shown to the viewer. This is unrelated to my feelings about the character, it's about how it's structured.

On the other hand, yeah, I didn't like Taiga too much. She's a fictional character, all your feelings about them come from how they are presented. You are supposed to be happy for her, I wasn't and I think it's okay to consider that a failure of the writers since that's a big part of their work.
If you want more details on why I didn't like her, besides personal things that everyone has, I felt Minori was given too much attention in the final episodes and that Ami had a more evident growth. I didn't like how passive she ended up looking when before that was a sign of her unhappiness, and the ways they showed she was maturing were a bit too tangential or subtle for a show with so many scenes of screaming and crying, it made it look weaker in comparison even if it would had been really good by itself.

And I'm not hiding this is my opinion and stuff.

While Naru wasn't THE tomboy of the story she wasn't too far from a nerdy tomboy.

I don't even know what you're getting at anymore. You bring up these points about structure and presentation to criticize it for being responsible making Taiga tool for the plot? Literally what does that even mean? You didn't properly address what I said here and instead went on a tangent. You've actually digressed from your original argument that was rebuked by .

Taiga wasn't really a tsundere.

You can't rebuke my feelings, user, I'm sorry.
I'll go for the gyst of each. On the first post, the connection between doesn't need to be the sole focus when it's something that keeps going through the whole series. Taiga doesn't have her arc then, you're just getting to know her and setting her connection with Ryuuji.

If you watched Toradora to see them two interact then I completely get where you're comming from. In my particular case I liked the show because I got to see a lot of development over traditional tropes, if you ask me Toradora is about characters being deeper than you might think and having to deal with their issues.

Also, I don't know if I like the concept of retroactive rebunking, I wasn't talking with that user nor did I read that post.
If I had to answer to it I'd say that Ami did need to change a ton and she did achieve that without really becoming someone else. She isn't nice all the time, but she doesn't stop doing it when she wants because she wants; she turns her actions into settling the other relationships, her interest in Ryuuji goes away when she stops having the need to exploit him just because she could. She even has that little thing with the teacher just to cement that she both stopped being fake all the time and also learned to pay attention to others.

On the Taiga part, notice the:
>due to trauma that erected a defense mechanism.
her family issues are her character, but we don't get to see them until we've dicked around for ages. They are stronger than her friendship with Minori by far. Before that started the character had very clear margins and we had no clue about all that other side.
As I said before, maybe I remember things out of order, please don't get mad about that and help me correct my confusion if you have the right structure present in your head. For what I remember it was a really long time before that started, and she's partially the MC, it's her story, we shouldn't need to wait to see it.

I think I see what you're saying now. I just disagree. I can see why a lot of people think she's just an annoying tsundere but after episode 4 she's pretty much downhill into full dere from then on. She even tries to confess to Ryuuji at the pool training and he assumes she just wants him to cook for her. It does drag a bit but watching them slowly open up to each other was nice and felt genuine despite maybe one or two crying scenes too many. I can see why people feel otherwise though, Ami really is a bro and didn't deserve to get bad end. Im just partial to tsunderes so my opinion is probably invalid either way.

this lads

>THK
holy shit

Well, the whole "deres" thing exists because it works, different people see themselves or the people they like in them. Just like those personality tests with the letters, if you are basic enough people will gladly jump into a label they like.
I really like kuudere characters and I know they are shit, I'll gladly watch entire shows because it focus on a kuudere girl even if it the anime isn't really that good.

? fuck off
retard

you came here only to say that? retard

holy shit no one cares
faggot

Most of your write up is very disjointed and autistic, it's all over the place. I can't tell if you're agreeing or disagreeing, and what points you're debating about. It's like you're lost in your own world, so I don't know where to start.

>her family issues are her character, but we don't get to see them until we've dicked around for ages.
Your only non-sequitur. Yes, we don't get to see that touched upon until near the end of the story and that's the point. The family issue is not her character, you're mistaking underlying reason that's related to her defense mechanism for overall aspect and driving factors of an individual. The family issue does not overtake her life, it merely plays a role in how she behaved. Taiga has personalities and motivations that is separate from family issues, example: the crush on Yusaku, assisting Ryuuji with Minori, maintaining her relationship with her best friend Minori, and dealing with troublesome matters that she and Ryuuji goes through from other sources of drama.

That isn't to say the issue with her family plus lack of social skills and common sense of a commoner doesn't have an overarching importance, but you're overlooking the theme of the series that's to match have a Dragon match a Tiger. While not perfect, all the arcs formed a plot that did a good job at making the main characters grow and change. It's not the destination, but the journey that matters most.

You are retarded.

Because?

Do it for Taiga.jpg

>She doesn't say "I hate you! B-B-Baka!!" so she's not a tsundere

Well, you eat up generic badly written tsunshit LNs and praise it as high art, for one.

>THK is still at it

Still going at it

So my opinion > your opinion and you think giving a compliment of "good job" at developing characters equates to high art. Got it. I wonder who's the real retard here is.

>KONO BAKA HENTAI INU *punch*
>b-best love story ever told, right, guys?! say it is, or you're THK!
Yeah, you're the retard. A samefagging one, at that.

>actionshit
>greentexting like a tryhard
The hole you're in is getting deeper, THK.

So, uh, anyone play the PSP VN? It's cute.

Ami best route

Not even same person and you're projecting. But you sure are mad as hell and are raging like a retard for reals. If you're not going to make a constructive argument then maybe you shouldn't shitpost cause you're hurting yourself.

Post pregnant Taiga for best end.

>trying to to force bogeymen like a tryhard

Definitely, also a must-play if you're an Inkofag. There's so many Inko scenes it might as well be Inko Simulator.

Only worthwhile part of the series, considering it doesn't force a worst girl end on you.

It's on my eternal back log. Between the LN, anime, and manga that I have already consumed, I don't think I there's a need to play the VN so I just keep putting it off.

this is my second reply to you. nice try

It does a really nice job of having all the girls seem like the logical conclusion, somehow. Probably because Ryuuji doesn't know who the fuck he is but hey. It's a shame more tie-in VN's like it aren't translated.

Trips confirm.

I heard Ryuuji and Taiga's attraction to one another early in the story was more obvious in the light novels, is this true?

The VN's an after-story, not a retelling of anything. Obviously there's no real need to read it, as it's fluffy SOL stuff for the most part, but still enjoyable.

>implying

Yea I'm playing the translated copy. the teacher route is funny af.

It's actually pretty good. It is shonen though so it is a little infantile.

Just don't be autistic like this guy and miss the point of show entirely.

exhentai.org/g/238433/7aaf42e1ff/

Why is she so perfect bros?

>The VN's an after-story
What, really? Is it canon? it can't be canon, right? That's the VN where Taiga gets pregnant and ports like that are usually non-canon.

She acts like that Louise Francoise girl and that blonde blue eyed incest loli.

If you like domineering midget bitches then this is for you.

took you long enough
>editing the css

Taiga wants up and food!

It was alright

It's not canon, as far as I know, but it's set directly after the events of the TV series.

The minigames were fucking A.

You mean loli. Get it right.

Dis nigga

Not all lolis are domineering bitches.

That's besides the point. She is a loli.

You must be an animefag that dropped the show after 3 episodes. It's your loss.

>being this insecure about people not liking what you like
Maybe people just find her to be a plain annoying character.

>not getting the point that's a matter of fact and not something subjective
Yeah, you definitely didn't watched past episode 3.

>MY OPINIONS ARE FACT, YOU CASUAL
Embarrassing.

You are proving my point. I guess I can't blame you since you are ignorant about the person Taiga becomes. Still, my condolences.

Tsun>Dere isn't exactly original or unpredictable writing. The tsun being there in the first place is what's the issue.

Not only Ignorant, but also delusional? You have issues.

By all means, do tell me what's delusional about that post. Sounds like you're just claiming anyone who doesn't like the same things as you has issues.

RIP in Pieces Coalguys.

>story about a tsundere going from tsun to dere, ergo story about progression where characters are going to develop and change
>insinuating tsun is the issue
You should be able to figure this out.

Hate to break it to you, but there are many who aren't fond of tsun.

>he's still at it
Noticed the writing style and deep-seated hatred and pretentious coy attitude that oozes out in every letter.

That's as retarded as not being fond of dere. Where the hell do you think you are, anyways?

I hate dere, user. Dere is shit.

>That's as retarded as not being fond of dere.
>not liking meanspiritedness is as retarded as not liking kindness
That's about as false as an equivalence can get. Seems like you're the delusional one.

Faggot. Get out of here.

>false as an equivalence
Nope.flac Tsun and dere are two sides of the same coin. They're moe qualities that creates a greater moe and moe is good. This applies to every dere archetype.

If you're not already used to typical high school romance anime you might like it. It does have good characters and a strong setup.

But anyone with some experience will cringe and facepalm after seeing the same stupid ass bullshit that plagues a lot of high school romance anime. In Toradora this starts just before the second half.

Toradora Christmas in two months. TWO MONTHS.

Don't let the newfags think Tora is the best love anime. That will always belong to Clannad afterstory.

My body is ready.

Yeah, normalfags usually don't.

>Tsun and dere are two sides of the same coin.
And that coin is worthless compared to other coins.

No, putting up with flawed personalities like tsundere is literally what normalfags do.

>flawed personalities
Asuka and Rei says hi, newfag.

You're just a faggot. It's time to get out.

Asuka is literally the normalfag choice.

You sound a bit upset.

>Asuka
>Not non-riajuu's #1 choice past, present, and future
Newfag pls.

> rep as the best love anime ever.
> believing a meme
Are you serious? It might be a good romcom, but the romance story itself is cliche, while there are tons of romances much better than this.

Anno himself comments that Rei is the otaku choice.

Now thats a damn good looking kiss. I dare anyone to show me a better one.

No, Rei was unsuspectingly popular. Rei was created with the expectation of not being popular because she's an emotionless doll and wouldn't connect with fans. But Anno was wrong because otaku are fucked up individuals. And for the same reason that's why Asuka is also popular. The more you know.

Karekano is way better.

You serious? Normalfags divorces, sues murders, and exploit irl. 2D girls don't do shit like that. Flaws are good things fictional characters should have or else they'll be boringly perfect that's all sunshines and rainbow mary sues.

The point, otakus generally are anti-social, awkward, losers, and agressively hardcore people obsessed with anime, manga, games, and cute 2D girls. They commonly project and can easily get attached to cute 2D girls who have deficiencies, usually exaggerated or made cute, of their own that paints them as misunderstood with inner cuteness and/or romance to connect with. Tsundere and dandere are extremely popular in otaku culture precisely because they offer the greatest ratio of relatable flaws that made cute and safe within expected parameters, but real enough to project onto.

Tsunderes are rude and violent. Terrible people, terrible waifu material.

>normalfag

No, it's precisely because I'm not a normalfag that I can see that there are better women than that.

>delusional normalfag

Yeah, you are.

>Denial

>Does it live up to its rep as the best love anime ever.
It got dethroned a last year, but it's still in 2nd-3rd place.

That's the best argument you could come up with? Really?
>I don't understand!
Sounds like you are a normalfag.

> a last year
I thought WA2 was in 2013. But you are correct.

It's an objective fact that they are, and also that normalfags feel the need to tolerate that shit. Stay mad, normalfag.

what animu dis be?

The greatest love story of all time.

Your unsupported opinions aren't facts.
>tolerate
>implying need to endure because they don't like them, unlike otaku who loves and waifus them for reasons already stated.
Thanks for reinforcing my point.

Good thing they're supported.

It's one of the rarer love stories where the best girl is winner and a loli. Just do it.

Your boring trolling-fu is boring. Here's a (You).

Best? In my opinion no. They crammed all the drama and romance stuff later in the show.

It's been years since I first watched this. Why did redhead not hook up with the MC? I remember her liking him but refusing to do so for some retarded reason that caused me to lose all respect for her.

This thread is shit and you should all feel ashamed.

I think she held back because she wanted him to be with taiga or something.

She's retarded and I don't even know why she's so sad so much in the 2nd half of the season.

something about her wanting to give Taiga a chance to experience "true love"
Also she had that whole depression phase which was stupid and made her shoot down Ryuuji

> she held back because she wanted him to be with taiga or something.
> She's retarded
> something about her wanting to give Taiga a chance to experience "true love"
> hurrrr best loev story evah told! great charactors! great romunce!

Drop this show

The plot was its fallback but the initial character development (ie. up till the christmas ep) made the show great. After that it was downhill with the whole 'teenage life struggle' thing everyone had per episode. If they made more SoL type filler it would have been bareable.

It should have ended after the ceremony and have a second season for the rest with a more thought out closing plot for Ami and Minori (hell even Kitamura needed more screentime in the 2nd half)

They still did the Taiga and Ryuuji romance perfectly but at the cost of retarded "im doing this for you" bullshit from the side characters.

Wow, look at this guy, he's intelligent.

toradora is the most entry-level shallow shit I've ever seen, you're better off just skipping it

This is a fun thread.
I can get the arguments since all three of the girls were pretty fun.
Altough minori would be best, sadly her dream kinda makes it hard to care for anyone.
