In the 4Kids version, Joey/Jounochi is knocked out after his duel with Marik; he collapses from exhaustion.

In the Japanese version, he goes from standing up into a coma in 3 seconds, and with the time everyone takes to get him help, he would have died, easily.

In the Jap version, Duelist Kingdom happens because Pegasus wants to use Kaiba Corp's hologram technology to see his dead waifu again.

In the dub, he wants to use the power of the Millennium Items combined with Kaiba Corp's advanced technology to find a way to actually resurrect her.

When I read the manga I thought it was weird that Pegasus' plan had nothing to do with the Millennium Items. I like the dub version of combining magic with technology better.
