He'd have to use the newest nails (the older ones would just attach themselves to the next month's, based on how fingernails grow). And at least one hand wouldn't work, since he swapped it out. Probably the easiest assumption is just that Kira swapped out his nails in the process of changing his fingerprints.

Unbiased telling of events along that are solely factual along with people's honest feelings and true personalities.
