If I recall correctly, they did explain most of the quotes in side notes. So yes: the translation was pretty impressive.
If possible, I'd recommend reading (or re-reading) it on some sort of portable device, like a e-reader. Doing so on a hammock with some tea is incredibly comfy.

Unbreakble Machine Doll. It's enjoyable enough. It has it's flaws but it's only 12 episodes so it shouldn't take too much time. It has a 10/10 ED and Yaya is the cutest girl in the world.
