I am only pulling up two documents total on google that even mention the AFRL Wargaming Initiative, or the whole thing spelled out, and both mention it and Snead only briefly, but one of them mentions "Information on the Futures Game is based on James Snead, Lead, AFRL Wargaming Initiative, interviewed by author, 30 March 2000."
