Overall there's a wage and wealth gap between whites and blacks because whites and blacks tend to make different life choices. The same wage and wealth gap exists between Asians and whites, in which Asians earn more. Asians also earn higher levels of education than whites and they're arrested and incarcerated less often than whites. That doesn't mean whites are being discriminated against.
