Mmh, I'd say no, haven't watched Rebellion yet, but I did re watched the series. Madoka and Sayaka are just school friends, Sayaka has a crush for a boy. Mami was fighting alone, she gets so hyped she found new friends. Kyoko might be lesbian for Sayaka, but she never told her about her feelings, so no it's not yuri. Homura on the other hand, she developed something more than friendship for Madoka. I would call that obsession.
