The anime is a 1:1 adaptation of the manga, so there's that. Honestly, if you're looking for a fun story, you're only going to find lots of PLOT with not very much going on. If you like being introduced to a bunch of new characters that have something unique about them though, then sure, it's definitely fun.
I'll just say my favorite chapters were 1-6,
which is the first 3 episodes of the anime.

There's a lot of waifus here whose series are even more fun though, but here's hoping you can enjoy it as much as I did.
