Top Gun Tracer and Overgrown Bastion are 10/10, they're just used by a ton of people. Commander Morrison is fine, but I think it takes away part of the character's appeal.

The only skins that bypass this rule are the battlecast skins. And they sadly have to exist in the same universe as the project skins. However they are attached to champions with lower play rates Cho'gath, Kog'Maw, Vel'Kos, Xerath, Skarner, Viktor, and Urgot have these skins.

So this leads them to be the least seen skins in league, the ones I've personally seen the most are Cho's, Viktor's, and maybe skarner's.

The red blade really sells it. I mean I like the white/red motif, but the blade actually being red is just too good.
