Uninstalled two months ago because of this. Reinstalled this week end, had none of this problems, and I just understood why. The matchmaking will do everything so the casuals have a decent experience, at the expense of regular players. If you play often the game will know that it can abuse you because you'll still be asking for more. But casuals are wealthy, delicate and capricious creatures that you have to cherish.

Overwatch has a low skill ceiling because I don't win consistently and there's no way I'm bad at this kid's game.
