if you have problems socializing, yes - playing it on your own ruins the end game. if you have a bunch of friends, or are not afraid to look up a forum or facebook group for raid/strike partners destiny is a great game if you can handle some grinding, but getting good loot is rewarding as ever best gunplay. almost any [legendary] gun feels good and viable.

It's fun, yeah, but it only got fun with Year 2 and The Taken King. Before that it was a really good shooter gameplay-wise, and a total desert content and story-wise. Now there's plenty of stuff to do, and TTK even had a decent story. They're working on the same angle with Rise of Iron, so I recommend you get Destiny: The Collection, if you do decide to get Destiny, since it's 60$, AFAIK, and includes all the DLC. Personally, I used to play it almost on the daily, but I'm waiting for Rise of Iron to come out until I play it again. Also, it's much more fun to play with a clan.
