Never because the manga remake doesn't have enough chapters out to even fill a season 2 yet, and probably won't for years at the rate it's going, since it barely updates even once a month.

The second major arc of the series is fucking massive on its own and occupies like 70% of the total chapters in the webcomic. So rather than get started on it for the manga they decided to insert a shitty filler arc that wasn't even in the webcomic which will probably delay the arc's resolution by an additional year or two. FUCK THIS SHIT I JUST WANT TO SEE THE MONSTER ASSOCIATION IN GLORIOUS NON-SHIT SCRIBBLES.

But Saitama broke through his maximum with sheer effort/determination which allowed him to achieve basically infinite power. The gag is because he's such a plain/weak guy normally, he broke his limit with ordinary strength training.

Yes, but the rate of updates is stupidly slow for both the webcomic and manga remake. The manga updates once or twice a month at best, sometimes with as little as 4 pages. The webcomic updates MAYBE once every two months and has received a grand total of 4 chapters this year so far.
