The Crew is free on the Uplay store atm.

As in free forever if you pick it up now.

>uPlay store

>store

Picked it up over the weekend. Its kinda fun, though for a car game there fuck all cars actually in it.

Bleugh

>for free
>have to install uplay

id rather buy no mans sky for 60€

I tried it yesterday, some of the fun content is locked out by the DLC or the season pass.

so if you wanna get those you'll have to spend around 50 euros.

so....

>free

>uplay

I'd rather rip my toenails out with a pair of pliers.

Season pass is just a few more cars. They definitely want to sell you wild run and cops and robbers though.

nothing is worth downloading uplay

Don't know if a game exists in this universe that would make make me install Uplay if it was free

>$0.14 has been added to your account.

I played it, it's fucking trash

>Micro stutters on gaming PC
>Absolute lack of cars in base game
>yawn-tier story
>decent exploring map but off-physics

It's not worth it. Get Test Drive Unlimited 1 on PC and have a much better time.

> gaymin pc
> recommends a 2006 game

You have a toaster

I don't get this. I haven't seen any issues with Uplay. I get that it's just another damn application service that could have just used Steam, but I haven't seen anything malicious with it.

The graphics are still okay. Gameplay is the main part tho, and look it up- people have fucking stutter issues with mega rigs

>uPlay store

Literally the worst.

Erik Wolpaw put the game in his top 10 games of 2015

>21 gigs

But you do have a toaster though

I don't, mine is a mid-high end rig

>uPlay

The map is the size of rhode island

>check car list
>DLC pack 1
>DLC pack 2
>DLC pack 3
>season pass exclusive
>DLC pack 2
>DLC pack 3
>DLC pack 1
>no NSX

Not even going to bother desu.

this, everyone overreacts because it isn't steam.

Uplay is fine

>uplay

would rather become a pedo and rape lolis...oh well nm

It's fun to cruise in. Also you probably already have uPlay installed anyway.

>mp is either bumper cars or circuit where everyone is using arcade handling

>install game
>grind some money and buy the '69 charger
>just cruise around the map without giving a shit about the story or anything else

worth the free download at least

i do kinda wish it had an proper single player component so everything wouldn't cost retarded amounts though

OP here.

The game is shit.

the game is pretty comfy just to drive around in

pretty fun to ram people online

I really want the game to be good, but it has so many problems. The physics are fucky, even for an arcade racer. Hitting a car head on means nothing because cars are made of cardboard. Police are an actual joke and pose no threat at all. It also crashes everytime I try to fast travel to Miami. I love the concept, and would love to see a studio other than UbiShit try the open world MMO racer concept.

also the map is very off and has alot of inaccuracies

Downloaded it cos fuck it, it's free.
>major flickering on the menu screens making it unplayable
Sorted that out with a quick guide online
>still flickers like a mad cunt but enough to make it like stop motion
Sorted that by capping it at 30fps cos the game doesn't like 60

Now it's running stably and I've got a couple hours into it and it's an okay game.
Basically Most Wanted but with dodgier physics and more paywalls.

As it should be with all the microtransactions

>mfw I bought that on launch day

Too bad my controller just wont get recognized by this piece of shit, even though it works on every other game.

actually it is the wild run edition, don't know about the other DLC tho

Uplay is fine, until you need to use it, it itself doesn't really present a problem, but you have so many fucking digital storefront and each fucking game company now have there own fucking software, having to install a software just to play that ONE fucking game is ridiculous and fucking cancer
