they actually gave a small team a go-ahead to make a f2p timesplitters game. While it isn't in testing phases yet, they've kept the community posted fairly regularly.

And before that, they couldn't find a potential publisher because they looked at them and said "well, you guys made Haze" as if one mediocre game in an otherwise excellent portfolio was that much of a factor.

As much as the horror levels are some of my favourites, I hate that really weird motion blur effect they use in them.

I never realised how sub-standard Cortez' package was.

There was a lot of commotion about TimeSplitters levels being in that game, though, so maybe that's garnered their attention to take another look at the series, especially since they haven't had a real big hit since Crysis.

Future Perfect has the best campaign and humour, but 2 has the best challenges.

Someone posting here claiming to be a dev on Homefront 2 refused to answer my question about that but IIRC Crytek isn't sharing the IP and the only reason the TS2 levels were still in the game after the publisher change was because it would be too much of a hassle to take them out. Or something like that.
