I romanced the teacher just because I was afraid she'd continue to charge me if I didnt.

I know enough to get by and understand about 75% of the story.
I liked the beginning the best.

Ive also done the art museum, burger factory, casino, and pyramid. There's also Momentos. Still more dungeons to do.

What's your take on the challenge compared to 3 and 4?

So far I haven't had any problems beating all the bosses on Hard, but I already know the basic principle of how to optimize your turns for maximum efficiency.

I guess it's harder than 4, but easier than 3. But 3 had a lot fake difficulty with the random party AI.

alright what about the need to grind?

I've been taking the time to completely the compendium, but I dont think Ive had to do any unnecessary grounding. The amount of time Ive gone out of my way to say "Ok, Im gonna grind a bit." has probably only been an hour or two, and its mostly just been for money.

I just remembered theres a way to check if youre overleveled or not, I'll have to check it when I can.

Also completing the compendium has been pretty easy thanks to certain special Personas. So that doesnt take a lot of extra time, just money to buy from the compendium.

Yeah, there's a fuck ton of days where you have a long conversation and then youre forced to go to bed. A lot more than in Persona 4.

You can get a social link bonus that lets you move at night when you go to Momentos or a Palace, but you cant do anything about the days where Morgana tells you to just go to bed.

This sounds like it could completely kill any motivation for a second playthrough. 3 and 4 already feel like a chore to revisit compared to other SMTs and 5 sounds like it's only making that problem worse.
