I'm not american so i don't know about how the racial situation was in New Orleans in the sixties, but i do know that when i play a game called fucking "Mafia 3", i expect a story about italians and italian crime syndicates like the first games and like, you know, actual Mafias, not black gangs. Watching videos about the game i see that the story's connection to actual italian mafias is minimal. It's a game about blacks doing crime, as usual, and not a true Mafia game, like the first two ones.

Italy had only Lybia, which is an arab country, and Ethiopia, and they didn't recruit a single regiment from those places.
And UK and France dind't have "a lot" of black soldiers, they had very very few. Not based on anything, just from what i've seen and studied about the war, i'd say there was 1 for every 50.000 or so whites. The black soldiers were the exception, not the norm.
