Pick up a variant hobby. For me, it was model building. After about 2 weeks of no vidya, go back to an old game you loved years ago. If you can derive enjoyment from it now, go from there and just continue playing those kind of games in your backlog instead of getting more shit.

If it didnt work, go back to not vidya for a bit again, but when you go back, try a new genre.

Your problem is probably that youve allowed vidya to become a chore instead of something you want to go out and do for enjoyment.
