I play games on Origin and Uplay, so I'm not one of those people that blindly hate, faggot. I simply do not want a locked down OS store with exclusives.

Its because of 2 reasons.

1. Who owns a boner?
2. Windows 10 exclusive. Pc players are willing to play it. But we are not willing to use Windows 10. Not now, not for anything, and not ever.

T10/Playground lock their framerates the fuck down; sure horizon 2 was 30fps but that was unwavering with solid frame-pacing so it was much less noticeable unlike Project CARS which goes all over the place.

The demo was pretty impressive, for a racing game. How exactly does the open world thing work in that series?

standard edition cost 239 zł -> 62 USD

In the first one, it was about racing to rank up and get wristbands so you could be #1. I didn't play 2. Here in #3, the races will allow you to recruit racers to build up the Horizon Festival since you're in charge. You can also create racetracks (not sure how in-depth), all to make the biggest festival you can.
