Atlus for the most part always releases their games with a launch version to incentivize getting it early they bundle it with stuff that's normally for pre-orders or what another publisher would consider to be a collector's edition. In Atlus's case you get a box that holds the game case, a Music CD with a sampling of tracks and a pocket art book.

The good thing is Atlus is good about producing enough copies to keep people from Jewing them like what happened with a few of their DS games. So you can still pick up a copy at SRPT. Of course that depends on if that's out of your price range.

Who wants to bet that many of the people complaining about 3ds pirates are doing so because they couldn't figure out how to follow a simple guide and hack their own systems, or bricked their systems in the process, or let their system update unnecessarily and can't downgrade without a hardmod.
