That makes sense. I figured it would have to have been a reference to some character of some kind. Because it all felt too random to just be some original outfit for a Pokemon.
Add to that, that I couldn't even tell what type of fabric it was supposed to be, so I had a hard time to discern what type of clothing it could actually be meant to represent.
