thats op as fuck nigga, the biggest counter play to heroes with game changing ults is to kill them before they can do it, letting someone ult after death makes them uncounterable especially something as strong as a team wide revive.

I would've preferred something like zilean's ult from league where he chooses a target and if the target dies within a time limit they are revived.maybe mercy can create a giant revive AOE that disipates after a couple seconds and revives everyone who dies so she can actually have some room for mistakes
