How about I put it differently: if a group of people are getting more degrees per capita, but at every step of the way being helped above and beyond their opposition, is it really a success? The true winners in the collegiate race are whites and asians, particularly asians if you subscribe to the white privileged and old boy narrative, since they have higher SAT and ACT scores but LOWER acceptance rates, but still manage to get more degrees per capita than whites and hispanics.

Segregation and gentrification has done a wonderful job of creating insular pockets of high rates of crime. Living in San Diego, there are myriad areas where I can go and not having to worry about shit. But if I were to head on over to some east SD place, El Cajon or some shit, I sure as hell would not carry around expensive items while just walking around, even during the evening.
