I kinda know that feel, I've been in permanent starvation mode since I was a kid largely due to psychological issues - I very rarely feel truly hungry and will put off eating for insane amounts of time. But when I eat I eat like a fucking pig so it balances out. Still technically underweight though.

I'm pretty tall for my height I'm about 5'11 and most of it isn't fat-fat but I'm pretty stocky.

It's mostly just how sedentary my life is. I mean, sure I drink less sodas and try to eat fewer sweets since after I started Wii Fit, but even without all that, any time I have things going on in my life I can lose up to 20 pounds easily without changing my diet at all. I just spend way too much time sitting on my ass doing nothing.

It would help if I didn't pick sodas back up after all those months without.

Plus when I do eat, I do it habitually or out of stress. I also can't stand to be spoken to when I'm eating, or else it causes me to eat faster and avoid chewing as much. I don't see how people expect me to respond when the ask something right as I'm taking a fucking bite.
