What don't you get? Nintendo has publicly stated they are putting a focus on mobile. They even said that their mobile games would work on NX because they do in a way since it's your phone and you can use the controller.

They are serious about joining mobile because no one else is doing it. It is a hybrid and no it hasn't been done before. The closest is nVidia GameStream with the Shield.

It's not going to be something so similar to the others.

I DO have a phone, but i really don't want to stare at it while i play games. It's so gross how zombified people are by their damn phones.

You can still use regular controllers. It's still a new console. You just can't do the game-on-the-go gimmick which is a major selling point. Even if you can't enjoy it, you can still play the move like a regular console.
