I did a run for the second but the game bugged out or something because I swear I didn't kill any humans but I didn't get the achievement anyway.

The biggest problem is that you have to actually hit O to go into the voice menu and manually join the team voice chat. This isn't a feature the game tells you about, so even if you figure it out it's likely that no one on your team has figured it out, so when you voice chat they probably can't hear you at all in the first place.

I don't have a perfect solution, but I think perspective/attitude is the main thing to work on. Keep thinking about how strong calm people seem and how frail angry people seem. Everyone has arguments with other people in their head - since there are literally no stakes in those, use them to just imagine yourself smiling, taking a deep breath and blissfully walking away why your imagined opponent looses their cool.
Then, some empathy even for people you don't like might help. Bullies tend to be desperate for something... Either control over others or respect from nearby people. Angry people usually aren't attacking you but think they are defending themselves. Finally, and this may be both depressing and liberating, nobody really connects with anyone. Someone is disrespecting you? No, they are reacting to a mental model they have of you, which is bound to be extremely distorted. Same goes for you. All the tension the other person is causing you is really just a badly informed model of them that's in your head. Since you're bound to misunderstand them on lots of levels anyway, why not misunderstand them favorably? Try to argue in their favor in your head, until you have proof they are "guilty". And even then, always ask yourself how much tension you want to allow this person to cause you. There's lots of people out there, why would you give every one of them that much control over your emotions? They need to earn that!

Maybe solo queue isn't for you if you care about the quality of your teammates that much :^)

There's a time honoured solution to this problem which is to roll with your own crew. It's a team game after all, but you mobafags would rather whine about it and keep solo queuing.

Nah, it's impossible, you either placed relatively close to 3000 (and in that case you can't really talk about "clawing" your way up), or got very lucky with matchmaking. I've been stuck in silver hell for a while and I can guarantee that for every match I play where the teams are roughly equals in skills, I play five more where it's completely one-sided in favor of a particular side, and if you're solo queueing you're fucked.

That's just being delusional. if you were good enough to carry your whole team in silver (plantinum* but whatever) you wouldn't have ended up here to begin with, the placement matches also take into account your personal performances and not just the win/loss/draw ratio.

You can't have any kind of good performance when you're 1-2 players down in a team or everyone instantly leaves after the first person disconnects.

You can't get out of silver? Silver is the easiest to get out of because everyone is terrible at that rank. It's the only time you can reliably solo carry. It's platinum that's almost pure luck

Who has done this? I did it on both PC and phone, although I found found to be much easier. I think the sensitivity is too much on PC. On phone it feels better with the touch screen.

PC I have only done it once, whereas on phone I can get past 60 pretty consistently.
