Infinite Warefare

Can we actually discuss this or is it verboten? Pic is a three round burst REVOLVER. It's like they've made MW2 in space.

Are there aliens yet?

Mateba 2006m makes my dick solid wood desu

No, strictly scifi sans ayyyy lmaos. Unless they have some trilobytes or something found in Europa since from what I've seen its all FTL travel but within our known solar system. Off world colonies seems to be the focus.

verboten

Mateba will always and forever be my gunfu.

It's a rifle. But it breaks apart into akimbo full-auto shotguns.

Well it looks like it was based of a Mateba Unica 6, which was an automatic revolver. I know it's bullshit and dumb but theoretically it's plausible.

Wait it's out?

Not yet, but plenty of footage.

It's fucking retarded and completely impossible. You can't "stack" bullets in the chamber, whatever the fuck that means. I assume they mean they literally shove three bullets into the same chamber and that is so fucking stupid I can't believe they would actually use that as an idea.

In the future you will be able to, dumbass.

Nah man you're retarded.

>such as the M4 or M16 rifle, or as a stand-alone 5 shot weapon, providing a range of lethal (buckshot and slug) and non-lethal (blunt impact, door breaching, and frangible) munitions, all preloaded in 5 round "stacked projectiles" munition tubes.

You could stack 3 bullets in each chamber if you had a massive cylinder or smaller caliber bullets. It would be like having multiple 3 round clips that rotate around a barrel. Which is stupid cuz you would need a massive cylinder or smaller rounds, which you could just use a proper pistol for. But it is definitely not impossible, just incredibly impractical.

More excited for the remaster

Alright, so in the future basic gun mechanisms no longer applies. The hammer doesn't need to strike the two bullets sitting in front of the first round, and they definitely won't explode when the first bullet hits them.

I can't believe how stupid this is.

Just based on the image that isn't the case. Unless that gun is firing 50 caliber rounds which is also stupid as hell.

This guy nailed it

>rarity
what?

I'm getting it for the remaster but if IW proves fun that's a plus I guess.

THAT IS FUCKING COOL

Advanced Warfare's gun variations are back. Hope you liked your Obsidian Steed meta, user.

>Advanced Warfare's gun variations are back
Last one I played was Ghosts, pls explain

I'm playing a game of similar setting, but much more hard-sci-fi and a strategy game, Children of a Dead Earth. this is just an excuse to post a webm since there is no webm thread up right now

>Alright, so in the future basic gun mechanisms no longer applies
Yeah you know because in the future we will have advanced technology. Dummy.

This is stranger.
>stacks with dexterity.

How easy is this to get into?
The concept seems neat, but I don't want something as complicated as Aurora 4X.

...

A gun perk called Readiness which stacks with another perk called Dexterity. Seems pretty straightforward to me.

Now the whole rarity thing I don't get.

Pre-ordered. Holy FUCK that looks and sounds good.

Black Cocks 3 didn't sate my hunger for a revolver. Yeah, Seraph has her revolver but that was a specialist ability, doesn't really count. Advanced Warfare has the M1 Irons but that was introduced so late into the game I was already over the game by the time it was out, but from what I did play with it was a very good revolver. I never got an elite variant which is also just what made me not want to play.

Ghosts was the last one with a selectable revolver.

That looks cool as fuck. Thank you.

I am moderately good at KSP and the first 5 missions have lots of pre-launch things to read on basic orbital maneuvers and such. It has pretty advanced flight mechanics, it basically comes down to adjusting how much you burn, where, and in what direction, and then once you get into combat it requires some micro depending on the engagement size. It's really fun to just watch hundreds of tracer rounds impacting the enemy ship and launch swarms of nuclear missiles from the other side of a planet.

I'd say if you can land on the moon on KSP you can probably pick this up pretty easily, albeit you won't be that efficient at first.

So there were loot crates in Advanced Warfare.
Inside could be customization items like different shoulder pads or jetpacks and shit, but the real prize was weapons.

Every weapon had a set of different variations that came with different stats. Common ones were just 'different,' like lowered fire rate and reduced recoil for a marksman variant. The uncommon and rares could range from quirky (increased fire rate and build in hip fire laser on a semi auto rifle) to useless (reduced damage, built in scope, reduced fire rate).

But a few rose above the rest because they were straight, outright upgrades over their base variants. Mostly it was the ones that had beastly upgrades and weak downgrades. Like the Obsidian Steed; it was a variant of the basic first assault rifle that could four shot anyone from any distance (and kept its three shot kill up close), ADS'd faster than some SMGs in the game, and it's weakness was that it had a minor fire rate nerf, which only turned into an accuracy buff. It outperformed every other weapon at any range that wasn't extreme long range (one shot kill snipers were still a thing) and extreme close range due to another broken as fuck rare SMG called the Speakeasy that had retarded fire rate while being a variant of the high Damage Per Shot smg with low fire rate to balance its damage (and thus the Speakeasy had no drawbacks besides a harsh damage drop off over range). We're talking kill speeds so fast that you would be dead before you heard the sound of third shot that killed you actually play.

Basically, if you had one of either, you used that because they were just so much better. And if you didn't, you were basically fighting an uphill battle because these guns were strictly better than 99% of the possible drops in the game. They were basically S tier equipment that you had to RNG your way into. Or buy loot boxes until you got one like a good goy, see

English is not my first language sorry[spolier] not sorry[/spoiler]

Oh so they were online only. I partially like the idea, but I have no intention of playing that game online. Still, thanks for explaining.

It's k. Ctrl+S.

I'll probably pick it up on sale in a few years, I just love the idea of a war within our solar system. It's like fighting in a space war except the names of planets and such are recognizable so it lends some more weight to whats going on. And honestly I really enjoy cod campaigns, even if it's just for the set-pieces. Too bad it's like 80$ in Canada.

I had a 2 page captcha fucking annoying.

...

Probably pick it up cheaper used like a week after it come out desu.

I swear if gun balance for online is shit again I'm going to fucking kill myself.

BO3 launch day was pretty smooth but now that all this DLC is out you just see a bunch of edge lords running around with cross bows.

And for the love of God fix this camping shit make it so that if you attain 2 or more kills sitting in one area you proceed to get less and less points per kill as 100 > 100 > 75 > 50

so on and so forth. Force the scared little faggot to actually move his ass.

>clip

They have so many anticamp shit in place. Vision pulse, any tactical grenade, C4, common sense.

>you're only allowed to play my way

Eat shit. If camping annoys you so much, learn to counter it.

Vision pulse is only a character move that you can't use all the time.

>BO3 launch was pretty smooth
And thank fuck. That beta was atrocious.

>t.camper

Silky smooth.

I'm calling it right now you're playing as the bad guy kill zone style.

they also turned shit weapons into god tier weapons (MP11 Goliath, ARX Steel Bite)

Also IWS multiplayer is going to have classic weapons from MW

nobody cares about that gay shit just post more revolvers

...
