make yourself an account, then download and install the revive launcher
the launcher lets you download bf2 and bf2142 and all the expansions
once your game has finished downloading you launch it and log in with the same account you created at the start

You're just not used to weapons with inherent pinpoint accuracy. You gotta burst with the assault rifles unless you're up close, the only thing that can do sustained accurate fire is the LMGs.

If Login just refreshes the page you might be using your email address in the user name field, instead of the actual user name. Chrome inserted the email address automatically, for me at least.

There weren't enough people playing to justify the cost. They were shutdown the same day as BF2 and a few other games. The community will carry their spirit on.

Different setting and people felt it was a mod or a reskin of BF2.
However, it wasn't and basically it got praised as being the last proper BF.

I easily put in 2-3k hours in this game and playing it with a clan was a blast. So calculated and fun, especially clan battles.

I remember running under walkers and throwing C4/shooting at that little weak spot between their legs.

Fun game.
