Forza 6 was developed by Turn 10, while this one is from Playground, which may be related to it, even though the engines are supposedly the same, someone fucked something up.

Forza 6 Apex had the same streaming issues. Even if your framerate was good, the stuttering was still there on certain parts of the track.

I can play on Ultra + 8x MSAA (have a 1070) and still get 60FPS without drops in many areas like the Yarra Valley and Outback. Only in some of the rainforest areas and the city it starts to stutter.

If I set time of day to night I have 60FPS even in the city and rain forest.

It's not a bad port, but it could use some work.

Gtx 1080, Ultra settings 2x MSAA (because I'm not retarded) between 70-80fps. Still stutters constantly but my g-sync monitor seems to take away a good portion of the hurt

It feels pretty smooth, and I started playing the demo coming straight from Forza 6. Of course you notice the framerate is no longer 60fps, but it didn't take long to get used to 30fps again, and it didn't hamper my enjoyment of the demo. 30fps is fine as long as it's stable and there aren't these big drops all over the place. Even Digital Foundry said the framerate was perfectly fine on the Xbone with the added motion blur, and those faggots whine about even a slight 3fps drop which you wouldn't even notice without fraps running.

Gears ultimate got fixed even though only 5 people bought it
