7zip will automatically extract and piece together all the files you need from that into a new folder that you rename and put on your sd card.

I'm already sick of using the gamepad to go through items & confirm like 3 things to do my attack which also includes flicking it. It gets a bit annoying after continuously doing it. When all is said and done, you should have a folder called splashysplash with three subfolders in it: code, content, and meta. If anything else happened, you're doing something odd.

My final folder was over 7GB.
