BB because it's made by From and Souls is most popular on PC. Sony owns the IP , co-developed the game, and funded it entirely. Petitions are not that popular except for major games and despite what you think Nioh is not a major exclusive it's going sell way less than BB. Exclusives are dying because of teaching high-budgets of games. Koei Tecmo brings everything to PC. Nioh logistically makes even less sense. Games released on PC with amazing graphics are typically ported to consoles anyways because it's really cheap to do so and only makes the devs more money.
