Overall, Bone pad. Easiest setup, most comfortable for most hands, best dpad of the modern lineup.

Throw in the Buffalo SNES pad for retro stuff.

360 controller is standardised for a lot of pc games

I believe there are wired Bone pads, and at least on Amazon they're cheaper than the wireless ones.
