While the simplistic artstyle and gameplay make for one hell of a cool looking game, one thing bothers me. The heavy emphasis and impact from each sweep (excluding the sliding parts) is way too exaggerated. It reminds me of young kinds trying to act out more intense actions when playing pretend for their favorite cartoon. I mean, I get that the slow motion and heavy hitting impacts probably give you a window of time to assess your situation for a moment, but it just feels forced and awkward.

It's basically a spaceship moba. You pick destroyers (there's different roles) and try to do your typical moba shit with them. It's not horrible, but something about the combat feels a little disjointed.

They're also shot with much more force and higher muzzle velocity due to the larger amount of gunpowder. A pistol wouldn't be accurate more than a 100 meters at most while a proper sniper rifle can do 1000 meters.

Every program of choice I use fail for one reason or another. Fraps vids cannot be converted to webm for some reason. Most capture software (Raptr, Plays etc) don't support custom resolutions. I don't remember which cap software I tried that worked for one game but not another. Then I got Loilo which worked for said game but didn't with yet another game.

Don't get me wrong. I Wanna Sunspike had very well designed and enjoyable difficulty until this part right here. A very hard section but spammable section (like my webm) and a jump that takes very few tries to actually get across felt great.

However, this broke down on this screen because the hard part was preceded by a long, easy and boring part. Traversing the seconds from the first spawn to the climb made it absolutely unbearable for me. I still have the save though so maybe I can get past it if I try again.

I do a lot of "Hold right, jump, die" instead of actually stopping to consider the jump carefully.

The driving physics are fine though.
It's the crashing physics that are too forgiving, which is something I can understand considering how mad casuals would be that they would not be even able to finish most of their races. If you want you can install realistic damage mod.
