It's less the story. I've been fantasizing that on and off over the last year or so.

It's more that I'd need puzzles or something like that to mix things up. I have this idea of having puzzles revolving around safes (I have always had a certain fascination with safes as a puzzle object in games), but coming up with enough puzzles would probably be a problem.

Not to mention the character art. Though I guess I could half-ass it by going full Chunsoft sound novel and just having silhouettes.

Honestly, I just have to find the desire to start. Once I've started, I think I'd be able to keep at it. But for now, I just keep fantasizing new parts of the story. I wonder how much will have changed by the time I actually settle.

And that's why the setting of my story has been an airport at one point in the past and now is a mansion on a tiny island in the northern part of Norway.
