I have a $400 laptop from five years ago, and I'm running an easy 30fps which is pretty good considering I'd resigned to never get to play a modern game again.

There's nothing interesting or engaging about any of the interactions between characters though. It's all either just a quick reference to something that happens in the main story in a "Oh yeah this happened" way or boring small talk like "You look great." "Yeah thanks."

People think she isn't picked at high levels because she's bad. In fact, she's perfectly fine, she's just very easily countered by Winston and Genji, plus the maps don't really allow for long-range sniping except in very select key points.

It looks like Quake 1 on the lowest possible settings with texture resolution on 50%, I can't see it being demanding at all at this setting. There's an app called "boost" that reduces your resolution in half on the fly, but it directly manipulates graphics info and be be mistaken as a hack (technically it is, but not a cheat). Some makers are aware of it though and have it white listed.
