GTA IV
Witcher 3
mgs2
LA Noire, i think Red Dead Redemption did this too.
Souls games.
hitman series, like the first games even
Isn't that like industry standard now?
Maybe the steps don't line up perfectly most of the time, but what was the last game that didn't have the PC use a different animation for stairwalking?
Zelda-games, from Ocarina Of Time forward.
wind waker I think
Kingdom hearts
Destiny
Dark Souls
Yakuza 5
The animations in this game are superb.
GTAV
Mario Sunshine I think
I haven't played it, but I'll bet $100000000 that Fallout 4 didn't
We're lucky we even got diagonal movement animations
Nigga OoT had slopes textured to look like stairs don't know about the 3DS remake
Wind Waker certainly had Link's legs adjusting to the steps. They made a big deal about improvements in Link's animation leading up to the game's release.
so?
they do align even on 3D steps of any sort.
Aion was the first MMO I ever saw do this
Skyrim, actually.
proof here

How do people remember this shit? Are you guys like rainman?
This game looked and sounded so wonderful, but the gameplay was so fucking boring.

pretty sure fucking Skyrim had it
Do you just forget anything that didn't happen in the last year or something?
I remember them bragging that if you climbed out of water then entered a cutscene, he'd still be dripping wet because everything was rendered in real-time rather than using FMVs.
i liked how smooth it was in mgs:nanomachines
is it me or witcher 3 looks downgraded?
Uncharted 2, 3, and 4 not sure about one
GTA IV and V, most Rockstar games in general
in this itt thread: any game past 2007 + some nintendo games
This has been around for over a decade. Do you jizz when you see steep parallax mapping?
