The only thing I agree with is Mercy, who I feel needs a bit of delay since her ultimate is instant and one of the most utterly crushing in the game. Personally I'd like to see D.VA getting killed by her mech again. I thought that was the trade off risk for what was essentially a plummeting nuke.

The Junkrat one defeats the fucking purpose. It's supposed to be loud, make people scramble and try to find and shoot it before it explodes right in front of them and/or on the poor fuck who strayed from the group and made himself an easy kill.

You misunderstand the point of the ult then. You can stop the motion of the tire, and the noise is reduced. It's meant to give him the ability to bait out opponents. The timer is still ticking on it, meaning there's a guaranteed window of when it will end. Plus, Junkrat would still be vulnerable regardless of the status of the tire.

The exceptions I agree with is Mercy, who could actually use a delay and Mei, although I'd argue that making it a bit longer to freeze people is what she needs rather than iceblock. Since iceblock is a double edged sword.

That's because the higher ranked you go, the more people know how to play the game. Ults are supposed to be a clutch thing, anyway.

Chaining iceblock and icewall makes it really easy for her to survive a lot of situations where other heroes would just up and die.

Mercy's ult being instant is serious bullshit. You could kill her before she even has a chance to say a word and it still goes off. Even Reinhardt can have his ult stopped and it's fast as hell.

Plus the buff she got makes her ult charge almost as fast as before.

Also Reaper has a lot of counters for his death blossom. Sometimes it's actually as simple as simply shooting at him, your retarded greentext be damned, but if your tank is paying attention he should turn and block it. That is of course assuming your fucking team mentions that they see Reaper. Lets face it, they always phase shift before they blossom. So there is a big warning sign. Mercy is an annoying panic button as mentioned above, sure, but Reinhardts is another that if you're playing with a team that's talking, acting together and not bumbling around you can get through. He knocked you down, but the teams job is to stop him from then proceeding to knock your teeth out with his dickhammer.

It's a TEAM game.

I think you're confusing what I'm saying about the game as a complaint, I don't have any issues with any ults I just would like to see (some of) them come out a bit slower.

What I'm trying to say is the speed is fine. There is no reason for any delays, slowness or anything. There is a counter for everything, a way to solve every problem and your ability to solve those problems is what helps you move up the ranks.

So we shouldnt expect to see any patches in the future then.

It needs in game name changing, I hate being stuck with my battletag. It's pretty suspicious that people have asked for tag changing for years and a paid service suddenly appears after the launch of a game that forces you to use it.

You'll get patches like Blizzard always operates. When enough people who get killed by X complain about X, X gets nerfed. Then when people who play X complain about X, X gets buffed.

They've shown that's what they plan to do with their McCree shit, and it's exactly how I've watched WoW develop for years. But so many of these people stick to one character, and it's so obvious the character they take issue with is their fucking hard counter.

Tracers ult should be a time dilation aoe that slows enemy players in it by 50% and makes all their shots projectiles not hitscan. UT3 had something like this called "slow field", getting caught in it was a pain in the ass.

She's way too accurate at long distances. Her missiles should have some "stray" to them, otherwise she can fly 1000 feet above everything and hit a tiny Mercy with pinpoint accuracy. Also that jump range is horseshit, she gets way too high to hit with anyone's weapon. And she should die in one hit from, say, McCree or Mei's icicle. Or else she's OP.
