I think the issue is that it feels more blatant perverted pandering. Even shit series like Neptunia and Senran are more consistent in their fan service (obviously they're made by much larger studios), like everyone is a cute hot kawaii girl, panty shots and leotards exist in vast amounts, but you don't see the MC flashing her butt in your face in a thong leotard from minute one of gameplay, and enemies in this game are just generic robots.

Also those titles are drowning in a sea of light ero games that come and go unnoticed except for their niche audience. This proportions are closer to what Dragon's Crown made, a sex bomb that can't be ignored and people furiously fap to.

Also there's the fact that it creates a sort of "cheating" design mechanism, when you remove every trait of personality by saying it's a robot, but give the character clear humanoid features including jiggle physics. If she had a human face and was just a curvy girl it be less attractive, since it would need to appeal to a particular audience, this way is just a massive ass in your face and you can't dislike it, I've seen some light porn producers that use this approach with curvy argentinian girls, they never show the face so the appeal is more universal.
