Is there any reason not to have your whole team be special demons at all points? They're statistically and resist wise superior to normal demons of the same level, plus they tend to get busted special untransferable skills.

Once I got High Pixie, King Frost with Resist Fire and Sukuna-Hikona with Resist Elec, that was the first time I felt strong. Over time I swapped High Pixie for Medusa, King Frost for Frost Ace and SH for Alice.

None of the normal fusion demons can remotely compare, they just exist to feed skills to Nanashi and skill inheritance.

You use whatever is best for you.

Affinities are there for a reason. I specifically used Angel because of her good affinity with buffs and heal-type skills. Also, Mana Surge for extra mana.
