That's mine, and yes it was an attempt for fun at using autoit to copy a bitmap pixel by pixel.
As you can see, it doesn't work properly, I suspect there's a limit to the number of strokes you can enter to prevent your browser from crashing, but I'm not sure.
Nothing entered after that specific state was saved, which is why it looks half finished in the submitted doodle.
There was some discussion on how to get it to work back in the threads here years ago, but I don't remember if any of the smarter anons got it working properly.

That's beacause DoD uses point to point plotting instead of pixel drawing. So if you try to paint pixel by pixel it'll run out of memory
