Another issue with the game is that the staple game mode is terrible. In the beta it was just killing NPCs for 5 minutes before taking on PCs. Hell most of the time the people at the top of the after action reports never even saw a PC the entire game. I doubt a gamemode so flawed was ever fixed.
Probably just an issue with a containment breach. Or he's as close as you'll get to a Phara.

Whatever man, Im a relatively sane 25 year old, and I still have fun shitting on this game.

They took all the worst part of Borderlands and mashed them together, and it hurts because I loved Borderlands. Probably have over 500 hours in BL2.

Its just a poorly made game, and that was even before they started "tinkering" with character balance.
