I'm not him, but I'm trying to do the opposite (human head on regular body). After trying for a while, I'm pretty sure it will be impossible for both of us.

It seems like the nude mod is using a single model for the entire body and head. It references files and folders that simply don't exist in order to make the game just not load them. Which makes it a little confusing to read when you have no idea what any of this means.

Basically, it is only loading one model: the full nude body including the head. Somebody would have to chop the head off the model and make it separate before you could swap it out for the helmet or vice versa.

They also jiggle WAAAAY too much. The dev has never seen tits in person, it seems.

I believe the model was actually ripped from an earlier version of the game. From what I understand, everything was in one part in the demo build, which is why mods that worked for the demo had to be rebuilt.

Gather them all, one in Green, two more in Yellow, and use them beneath the Door of Gas, beyond the halls of Darkness, and next to the Puzzle of 4 Buttons, then descend and the Key shall be yours.
That one spot in the back end of Green where you solve a simple 4 button puzzle to open a door, you do it really early on.

There's one in the depths of Red (You can only get this one right now.)
There's one in Yellow that requires a button to get to.
And there's one in Black which requires TWO to get to.
But you will only ever need 2 unless you want one specific achievement.

Turns out my problem was that I was TOO close to the ledge and the game refused to let me grab for some reason. I could drop down once I backed off a bit.

Fuck it, I don't know. Maybe the game thinks I'm pirating it or something. I swing wildly to the sides everytime I try to sprint and I only got past the game when I started running from the previous room so I have enough time to correct myself. I can't see what I'm doing half the time either for some reason, the game is always in first person and it's hard to judge when I'm close enough to ledges or whatever. Checked all the options and there is nothing that would fix this.

First person is a glitch still under investigation. It's not supposed to be there at all. Check the steam forum. It probably fucks Collison as well since it uses the ragdoll for that, but idk.

Shit. Is that so? I think enemies are invisible too. I walked into a room, heard a whoosing sound like someone was swinging a weapon and then died for no discernible reason. Thought I might of triggered a mine or something but if I run around the room, I can hear more whoosing sounds until I get a SLAP of getting hit and I die
