You can fuse and summon dead demons all the time

All you need is money and mess around with the fusion until you get all the skills into a demon and pass on to him

after you kill them yes. flynn killed her though, and you don't get any of his beaten demons as summon except Medusa who is specifically stated in game to come back via resurrection.
