I used to roll a Dire Wolf with 6x UAC/5 and nothing else.
It's really situational, but if used well was a god damn treat, you'd just melt enemy mechs with 6 of the fuckers double-tapping, even if they started jamming you were still putting out lods of DPS.
of course it was a walking bullseye which meant I had to be really careful with it, but it was good enough to be moderately useful even in CW before I stopped playing around a year ago.
