I remember Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 having a little piece of paper in the box about you should start the single player at least once, because the multiplayer portion is unable to create a new profile save. It was the same with GRAW1 back in 2005 and they got thousands and thousands of complaints.

This is the reason why COD and BF is on the verge of dropping the single player for years. People just want to teabag others, even the roller coaster youcanneverdie qte fests are boring now.

While people like to bitch about 2 hours long walking simulators it has been repediately proven most gamers never even reach half of the story in a 8-10 hours game. This is why plenty of games gets utterly boring and repetitive at the end, because it is not worth to make anything beyond the first two or three levels.
